Planning permission wanted for more homes in Felpham

Detailed planning permission is being sought for a further 115 of the 700 homes which will be built in Felpham.

Housebuilders Barratt Southampton and David Wilson Homes have applied to Arun District Council to gain final approval for phase E of the housing.

This follows the agreement in principle which Arun has given for the large development to go ahead on farmland north of Felpham.
