THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:

• 8B Dorset Road South – replace front and rear windows with UPVC.

•56 Collington Avenue, Greenways – renewal of planning permission RR/2008/1027/P single and two storey extensions and alterations (original application RR/2002/1309/P).

• Twin Oaks, Cranston Avenue – proposed demolition of existing dwelling and construction of new modern energy efficient detached dwelling.

• 4 Camperdown Street – two-storey side extension.

• 8 London Road – change of use of existing vacant premises (ex class A2) to class D1 – day nursery- all as 1987 UCO.

•18 Pebsham Drive – certificate of lawfulness for proposal to extend rear of property at ground floor and roof level.

• 22 The Gorseway – construction of conservatory.

• Sidley Primary School, Buxton Drive – replacement of 13 various existing windows to the main school building with new double glazed PVC-U windows.

• 58 Devonshire Road – retrospective consent for replacement flue terminal.
