Police seek wanted man who has links to Crawley

Police are appealing for the public's help in finding a 30-year-old man who has links to Crawley.

Albert Smith from the Mole Valley area is wanted on warrant after he failed to appear at Crawley Magistrates Court on March 7, in connection with three separate shoplifting offences, police said.

He has links to Betchworth, Langley Green, Crawley and Gatwick.

Police said the 30-year-old, described as a white man, of slim build with short dark hair with a parting in the middle and known to wear tracksuit bottoms and t-shirts, was last seen at Gatwick Airport on Friday, March 3.

Members of the public are advised to contact Surrey Police on 101 quoting reference 47170026766.
