Fresh plans for two Crawley semi-detached homes

A decision on the application for land behind 98 Three Bridges Road, is expected on May 18 and people have until April 23 to make any comments.

In January, a similar application was refused because it was felt the new homes would have an ‘ adverse impact’ on the neighbours and there were concerns about damage to a protected oak tree.

In this latest application, the homes are slightly smaller.

If the plans are approved, the road leading into neighbouring St Pauls Mews will be extended into the site.
