Tweet week event offers insight into CABs’ workings

Horsham’s Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB), one of a national network of advocacy and advice-giving charities, took part with dozens of bureaux across the country in a week-long twitter event aimed at giving the public an insight into the daily life of a CAB.

Central and South Sussex CAB, using the hashtag #CABlive, has been tweeting news from its eight advice centres in West Sussex from Monday to Friday this week.

Clare Mannsaker, the Business Development Manager, said ahead of the event: “We hope #CABLive will enable people to gain a real understanding of what their CAB does and how our advisers might be able to help them with problems they may be facing.”
