River of ducks keps playgroup afloat
RYE Pre-school Playgroup resurrected it’s famous Duck Race to raise much needed funds.
Hundreds of yellow plastic ducks were bought by playgroup supporters and launched on the River Tillingham recently
The event raised £1,200 for the playgroup.
The Duck Race was followed by a barbecue back at the playgroup’s Ferry Road home. Children enjoyed a bouncy castle and face-painting.
