Runners raise £65k for St Catherine’s

FORTY-ONE London Marathon runners pulled on their trainers to raise £65,000 for St Catherine’s Hospice.

The money will help support free care for terminally ill patients and their loved ones across the area.

Jen Wickham, events fundraiser at St Catherine’s Hospice, said: “I’d like to congratulate all our runners as their hard work and dedication in the months prior to the marathon has really paid off.

“I would like to thank Southdown PSV for providing a bus for our runners up to the start line and to our marathon expert Dave Beattie who shares his expert training advice with them all throughout their preparation.”

If you would like to run the London Marathon next year visit and complete the form, or call on 01293 447364 for more information.
