Choir needs members: St Nicholas Church needs more choir members as unfortunately the choir is small. Just come up to the church on a Sunday morning at around 9.15am and you will be welcomed with open arms.

Baptist Church events: The Baptist Church have a coffee morning on May 7 at 10.45am in the church hall.

A Purpose Plate Lunch takes place on May 12 at noon with a talk on Guide Dogs.

The special offering at the services on May 3 wil, go to Sovereign World Trust.

There will be morning worship at 10.30am and praise and worship at 7pm.

Scarecrow Festival: By popular request a Festival of Scarecrows will take place in the village on June 6 and 7 in St Nicholas Church and the churchyard.

The loose theme is famous people, local characters or something that represents your organisation..

There will be prizes, by popular vote, for the best scarecrow. Entry is £10.
