Self-service touchscreen computers have been installed in Crawley Town Hall.
A borough council spokesman said the four terminals will give residents quick access to the authority’s services and information on the web.
Councillor Andrew Skudder, Cabinet member for Resources, said: “These self-service touchscreen terminals provide another way for residents to access council services.
“They’ve been designed so that one click should be all you need to find what you need. Our Contact Centre staff will be in the foyer to give you a hand if you need it.”
A council spokesman said the touchscreens could be used to make payments online, report problems, for homeswapper for mutual exchanges, request a range of council services, homechoice for online bidding, view planning applications and browse the council’s website.
The terminals are located in the foyer opposite the reception outside Customer Services and opposite the Property Store.
The council unveiled them this week.
