Six fire engines at the scene of Henfield blaze

Six fire engines are at the scene of a blaze in Henfield.

West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said firefighters were called to a blaze at a bungalow in Henfield where smoke was issuing from the roof at 9.27am this morning (July 17).

A spokeswoman added: “We currently have four appliances on scene from Henfield, Shoreham and Burgess Hill.”

In an update, the fire service said six appliances are on the scene as of midday.
