Horley Baptist’s first ‘Carols in the Car Park’ saw over 180 people come along to sing carols on Sunday (December 13).

After enjoying the songs at the church’s new home in Court Lodge Road, they then enjoy warming mulled wine and hot chocolate, along with pancakes, hot dogs, candy floss, toasted marshmallows, chestnuts and popcorn.

There were craft activities, a prayer tree and the opportunity to have a photo taken in the nativity stable.

The Christmas festivities continue this weekend with an all-age service at 10.30am and Carols by Candlelight 6.30pm on Sunday December 20.

There will also be a short service at 10am on Christmas Day. Everyone is warmly invited to come and join the celebration.
