A Crawley electricity sub-station has been transformed into a work of art.

The Bewbush sub-station is now a bright and colourful landmark thanks to young people from Bewbush Youth Club and artist Julian Johnson.

Twenty eight young residents painted the walls of the sub-station in Dorsten Square with designs featuring sports, music and a red poppy to mark Remembrance Sunday.

Mitie Crawley Repairs Team and DSM Building and Decorating donated their skills to re-rendering the sub-station walls and materials were donated by Buildbase Crawley.
