Top comedians stop for a pint at The Greyhound

IT'S not everyday that two top British comedians visit The Greyhound pub, but that's exactly what happened last Tuesday (September 22).

Shocked passers-by of the Tinsley Green pub watched as camera crews filmed Max and Paddy star Patrick McGuiness, and comedian and writer Rory McGrath, playing marbles in the car park.

The pair were in town shooting the second series of their TV show Rory and Paddy's Great British Adventure, which sees them travelling up and down the country trying out different sports and games.

And at first look they fancied their chances at one of Crawley's oldest pastimes.

Former They Think It's All Over panellist Rory said: "We've already done Cornish pasty making and sheep sheering.

"I've not played marbles since I was a kid. I think it's actually simpler than it looks."
