A3 now open after fatal crash
The A3 at Guildford is now fully open following a fatal road traffic collision, says Surrey Police.
A spokesman said: “The A3 at Guildford is now fully open following a fatal road traffic collision, involving a motorcycle and a lorry, this morning (Thursday, 14 April).
“As a result of the incident, the male motorcyclist sadly died at the scene. The collision happened at around 11.14am.”
The road was fully closed northbound and partially closed southbound for around five hours while emergency services were at the scene.
