Museum visitor describes lorry and bridge collision
A man has described the aftermath of a lorry and bridge collision.
Bob Jenkin, sent us this picture, and said: “I was visiting the Amberley Working Museum with my wife on Sunday (May 10) when I heard a horrid crashing noise.
“On looking round I saw that this lorry had gone under the whole width of the low bridge and caused considerable damage to the roof and sides of the vehicle.
“The Highways Authority were on scene quite quickly afterwards and cleared up the mess.”
