UPDATE: M23 closed around Crawley after accident
The M23 was closed this morning (Sunday November 23) in the Crawley area following an accident.
The northbound stretch was blocked and there was stationary traffic due to accident and recovery work between junction 10a B2036 Balcombe Road and junction 10 A2011 / A264 (Crawley).
Recovery work has finished now and the motorway has been re-opened, with traffic easing.
