Update: Car on roof after M23 crash

Police have appealed for witnesses after a car flipped on to its roof after a crash on the M23.

A lane on the northbound carriageway has reopened after police were called to the collision at junction 11 (Pease Pottage) at 12.07pm today (Wednesday May 11).

No other vehicles were involved. A police spokesman said: “A red Audi had overturned onto its roof and a man reported minor injuries.

“The highways authority is arranging for the vehicle to be recovered.”

Witnesses were asked to email collision.appeal@sussex.pnn.police.uk or phone 101, quoting serial 628 of 11/05.
