Video: Best pants on as men enter Crawley’s first Y-Front Run

A hardy bunch of men donned their best pants to take part in Crawley’s first Y-Front Run.

The run was held in Tilgate Park this evening (Wednesday May 14) to raise awareness and money for research, treatment and palliative care for men’s cancers.

Before the run started, one minute’s silence was held in memory of Stephen Sutton, who died today having raised more than £3million for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The lads were then taken through their warm-up by Charlie Beatt, of the Like 2 Lift Gym, in Redhill.

The 5k run took the men round a full lap of Tilgate Lake.

First across the line was Michael Hobbs, 22, of Tilgate, who finished in 17 minutes 45 seconds.
