A BMW driver was caught speeding, undercutting, driving dangerously close to other cars and swerving between lanes on the A23 and M23.
Driving instructor Laurence Jacquemin, 26, captured the ride as the driver swerved between lanes and undercut his car – before speeding off at well over 70mph.
The concerned driving instructor, who runs Driving Crawley, was travelling northbound towards Crawley, on Saturday (August 15) when he captured the footage.
The driver was seen cutting up cars, almost colliding with a crash barrier, and coming perilously close to rear ending another car.
Mr Jacquemin, from Ifield, said: “I first noticed the BMW to the left of me when the driver came within a few inches of going straight into the back of another car at what must have been 70mph.
“I was so convinced that there was going to be a major crash that I was preparing myself to have to deal with the aftermath.
“I was ready to either brake hard or swerve if the vehicles crossed the lanes of traffic.
“Through my experience as a driving instructor I have witnessed dangerous driving but never anything to this extent.”
Mr Jacquemin is going to pass the video to Sussex Police.
