Combined with the heavy rain, driving conditions are likely to be difficult.

Tomorrow (Sunday December 23) is set to be much calmer after today’s wind and rain.

However, the next front will move in from around 8am Monday and the poor weather will likely continue until Tuesday evening, although the wind may drop around lunchtime.

At the moment, Christmas Day is set to be cloudy with an occasional shower, but far less windy.
