Worthing teenager's charity head shave

THIRTEEN-year-old Daniel Dean plans to have his head shaved to help beat a disease with which his baby brother Cameron was diagnosed.

Daniel, of Wyke Close, Worthing, aims to raise vital awareness and more than 1,000 for the Children's Liver Disease Foundation after his brother, now four months old, was diagnosed with a rare liver disease and had life-saving surgery.

A pupil at Saint Andrew's High School for Boys, Daniel will shave his head once his fund-raising total is achieved.

Mum Kelly said: "Daniel's dad and I are incredibly proud of Daniel.

"Although Cameron is well at the moment, we don't know what the future holds; he may even need a transplant."
