New manager Mark Yates is relishing a ‘big challenge’ at Crawley Town.
The 45-year-old is Reds’ eighth manager in the last three years and will take charge of the side after their relegation from League One this season.
The former Cheltenham boss has been out of work for seven months after twice leading The Robins to the League Two play-offs.
He said: ““I’m delighted to be here. I have been out of the game for a few months and when this opportunity it really excited me.
“There’s a big challenge ahead but one I am really looking forward too.”
