Having used the Town Hall many times I have noticed the increased pressure on staff.
When I enquired about staffing levels I was told it was down to redundancy as well as staff leaving due to pressure of the job due to lack of staff.
However, I do not see any reduction in the number of councillors, 37, which is nearly three per neighbourhood.
Do we need so many councillors?
