Horse riding enthusiasts will enjoy a magnificent ride across the South Downs Bridle Ways starting at Highden Farm to Lee Farm, near Poling.

Each rider also receives a horsey show bag with goodies to enjoy and a rosette at the end of the day.

Event organiser Evette Locke talked to many horse riders in the area which prompted her to start Blazing Saddles Sponsored Ride planning.

"I wanted to put on a fundraising event in the area that was a little bit different, but at the same time include local people and their passion, and that passion is horses," said Evette.

"We were also delighted with the sponsorship from Equus Direct in Angmering. They have come on board to not only help us finance the event, but even put a riding team in. It shows community spirit when everyone comes together to help."
