Blues look to go a year unbeaten

RUSTINGTON Football Club will complete a magnificent achievement of a whole year unbeaten if they avoid defeat at Bosham on Saturday.

Their run now stands at 35 games without a loss and 31 successive wins, including their Division 3 Cup triumph on penalties against Lingfield.

Against their bogey side, who Blues had failed to beat in the previous three seasons, Rustington stormed into a 3-0 half-time lead on Saturday.

Terry Withers was in outstanding form, at the heart of all Rustington's attacks, but it was Adam Bibb who give Blues the lead, with a penalty, after Richy Moss was brought down.
