On a lovely batting track the hosts were inserted by Eagles’ captain Imran Suddahazai.
At 37-3 the home side were in a spot of bother but then a fantastic knock of 134 from skipper Robert Mouland took the final score to 253-6 of 53 overs Imran Mehboob was the pick of the bowlers with a solid 4-69 off his 15 overs.
In reply Eagles managed to get to the target off only 33 overs with Jibran Khan smashing quick 64 but it was Ammar who guided the team to a victory with his unbeaten ton as the team finished on 253-3.
Eagles captain Imran Suddahazai said: “I am really pleased with the way the team played firstly bowling well on a good batting track then chasing down the large total in quick time will help the confidence of the batsmen.”
