Dafabet’s logo will feature on the front of the club’s T20 and One-Day shirts, either side of the collar, the non-leading arm and above the player name on the back of the shirt.

The shirts also feature the new isometric design adopted by the club, and are produced by long-term kit manufacturer, Surridge. Both shirts will be worn for the 2020 and 2021 seasons and are available to purchase online now.

Chief Executive, Rob Andrew said: “We are thrilled to have agreed a new major partnership with Dafabet, a company who have a wealth of knowledge and experience within the sporting world.

“During these uncertain times, it has never been more important to secure agreements like this which will help sustain the financial future of the club.

“We thank Dafabet for the support they’ve shown in us and look forward to working closely with them over the next three years. We can now focus on the season starting in August and the squad wearing the new T20 shirt as soon as the Vitality Blast gets underway.”

Commercial Director, Mark Judges added: "It is exciting to announce a new major partnership with a global brand such as Dafabet through the facilitation of SEM Global.

“The partnership is a testament to the reach and engagement Sussex Cricket, and in particular, Sussex Sharks have thanks to the strength of our T20 side, which features many world class players such as Jofra Archer, Rashid Khan, Luke Wright, Chris Jordan and Tymal Mills.

"The release of a new kit design is always eagerly anticipated by Sharks fans and we've had to wait a couple of extra months to share this design with our supporters due to delayed start to the season.

“We worked in consultation with our playing squad and marketing team to deliver what we feel is a vibrant and exciting new kit, which mirrors our playing style on the pitch.

“The design links our social media, digital and creative assets to our players on the pitch and the Dafabet branding certainly compliments the bold design.

Head of Sponsorship at Dafabet, John Cruces, said: “With cricket becoming our biggest growing international sport, we saw it a key sport to further our sponsorship portfolio. The T20 format was our aim being so popular around the world.

“We are very proud to become a major sponsor of Sussex and have our name on the shirt for both the T20 and the One-Day matches.

“The club need no introduction to cricket fans having players and a history so well respected within the game.

“We are looking forward to a long partnership that we are sure will help us achieve our common goals.”
