Albion look at former Real Madrid left back

Brighton are weighing up a move for Israeli left back Nir Mansur who is available on a free after Spanish giants Real Madrid allowed his contract to run down.

The 20-year-old featured in a reserve team run-out today against Bournemouth alongside fellow Albion target Darren Carter in a game which Brighton won 2v0.

Mansur has also attracted interest from West Ham United and Albion manager Gustavo Poyet is keen to add back up at left back to his squad.

Brighton already have strong links to Spain, with Spanish legend Vicente having joining the Seagulls earlier this season now appearing alongside Inigo Calderon in the starting 11.
