DAVID MOYES insists Manchester United’s transfer tussle with Chelsea over Wayne Rooney has not opened a rift Jose Mourinho. Mourinho marked his return to Chelsea by saying discussion of other clubs’ players was off limits – and insisting he could not be a “hypocrite” – before admitting he liked Wayne Rooney. Moyes appeared willing to engage in the mind games that characterised his predecessor Sir Alex Ferguson’s reign when he declared “bring it on” during the Australian leg of United’s pre-season tour.But the Scot now insists there is no conflict between the pair and declared his admiration for Mourinho, in much the same way as the Chelsea boss spoke positively of Moyes last week.
