Reds held out, but boss Dermot Drummy says the 25-year-old must learn his lesson quickly.

He said: “Andre is an emotional character. I have been dealing with him since he has come in.

“He always comes over and asks me a question and I tell him to get back in the game, he just needs to learn that focus.

“Physically and technically he is great, but when the pressure is on you have to keep a cool head. So I am disappointed with that and he has a lesson to learn.”

Drummy is also hoping to add another loan signing to his squad, but is waiting on the potential incoming player’s parent club to make a signing themselves.

He added: “We are waiting on one loanee and waiting on that club signing somone before he can come, but I am probabaly going to try and bring one more in if I can.”
