Brighton were perhaps unfortunate not to seal the three points in their 1-1 draw against Burnley at the Amex.

But who shone and who struggled for both teams during this Premier League encounter?

Decent distribution - clear to see the manager wants to play out from the back. Not much he could do about the Hendrick goal, a sweet low-effort fired right past him into the corner.
Looked strong and commanded line with Dunk. Dealt well with the physicality of Burnley. Showed bravery in a heavy challenge against Nick Pope.
Great last man tackle to stop Chris Wood going through on goal. Last man header to clear danger stop Chris Wood again. Will be disappointed not to keep a clean sheet.
Kept Brighton ticking. Calm and assured in the centre of the park . Didn't give the ball away once. Got the crowd going with a heavy challenge on Jay Rodriguez.
Neil Maupay - Looked lively throughout. Tidy in possession, worked hard for the team with off-the-ball running. Great agility and technique to scored the goal which put Brighton ahead.
Showed moments of ability. When he started to find space had the vision and quality to play some dangerous balls in behind.
Stepped up well to the level today, did everything that would have been asked of him, dealt with the limited threat from Burnley
Feeding off scraps in the first half. Tirless in his closing down. Will be disappointed to have missed a header from close range. Forced a good save from Pope with a low effort. Subbed off for Mooy after a few tired touches.
Solly March - Started at right back, made a few defensive mistakes. Manager switched it up early on and pushed March further forward. Positive attacking play and won the ball high up the pitch.
Provided the legs alongside Stephens in the middle of the park. Worked hard and linked up well with forwards in parts.
Looked up for it from the start with a crunching tackle on a Burnley forward. Played high up the pitch and linked up well with the attack.
Huge cheers from the home crowd when he came on in the final minutes. Not enough time to affect the game.
Subbed on for Murray. Not enough time to make an impact.
Late sub for Maupay. His high energy pressing forced Pope into mistake. Had the crowd on their feet when played through by Gross unfortunate to miss.
Given the 1st choice spot after Tom Heaton's left for Aston villa. Looks like the impressive shot stopper of a couple of seasons ago with some good saves at the near post to keep Burnley in the game. Got down well to stop Glenn Murray's effort from 18 yards out.
Quiet game. Worked well as part of Burnley's defensive unit. Nearly inadvertently fired into his own net after a low cross fired into his shins dribbled just past the post.
Showed some good touches and broke the Brighton lines at times. Not enough to play the full 90 mins and was subbed off for Vydra.
Looked strong when called upon in the tackle and aerial duels as you would expect with the Burnley defence. Defensive unit slow to react to Maupay's goal.
Covered well alongside Tarkowski. Wasn't tested much by Brighton. Will be disappointed with the lapse in concentration to allow Maupay the time and space he had in the box to score.
Tough afternoon for the big Kiwi. Little service in a cagey game. Chased down a few lost balls and later subbed off on the 65th minute.
Slight dip in form after a blistering start to the season. The same as Wood, he received little service. Bullish in the tackle and strong in his hold up play.
Looked a threat and the man to watch in the first 20 minutes. Played a few dangerous balls into the box. Faded out of the game.
Wasn't able to get his foot on the ball in the middle of the park and dictate play. Booked for a high foot on Maupay which was reviewed by VAR for a potential red.
Looked solid in the Burnley defensive pack. Was overloaded a few times by Brighton forwards with March and Gross linking up well.
Very quiet game. Didn't see any of the ball. Only notable touch was when he dragged a decent chance wide of Maty Ryan's goal. Subbed off early in second for Hendrick.
Played out of position on the right wing but showed some nice touches. Dyche praised him at full time for his versatility. Fired home the equaliser from 20 yards out to nick a point for his team. Super sub right footed low effort into bottom right
Booed by home fans because of a previous run-in with Gaetan Bong. Little service and not enough time to make an impact. Was harassed and tackled by four Brighton players when through on goal.
Subbed on and made an impact with his desire and off the ball running. Was involved in the build up to the goal.
