Alfie Brown gave Bridges an early lead with two well-taken goals in the first 15 minutes.

Tom Donnelly pulled one back for Southwick when he went on a run across the goal and from a very tight angle slotted the ball into the goal.

Steve Palmer scored a headed off the crossbar to forge Bridges into a 3-1 lead just before half-time.

Southwick made it 3-2 on 66 minutes when Lee Denyer ran on to a cross and slotted the ball beneath the advancing goalkeeper Pawel Szelemej.

Southwick levelled when Alex Sarkies shot past the advancing goalkeeper.

Sarkies then scored an extra-time winner fom the penalty spot in controversial circsumstances as it was not clear if the offence had taken place inside or outside the area.
