Chelsea defender '˜excited' to join Crawley Town on loan

The 21-year-old Scot, who has progressed through the youth ranks at Stamford Bridge, joins the League Two club until January 3.
Davey, who is 6ft 3in, has been with Chelsea since from under-11 level and in recent years won the FA Youth Cup.

Hide AdHe has also had loan spells with Scunthorpe and Peterborough United.
Davey said: “I’m really pleased to be here with the opportunity to get games under my belt.
“Dermot was my coach in the under-21s at Chelsea so I know him well and the way he wants to play which I’m excited about.
“I also know a few of the lads who are already here which has definitely helped me settle in.”
