Yems pleaded guilty to a breach of FA rules in an incident in which tried to go into the officials' changing room after the Reds' recent home game against Leyton Orient.

The touchline ban is immediate and will therefore cover Tuesday's match with Stevenage and Saturday's home game against Colchester. Yems has also been fined.

A statement issued by Crawley Town said: "An independent Regulatory Commission has imposed an immediate two-match touchline suspension and £750 fine on John Yems following a breach of FA Rule E3.

"Yems admitted that his behaviour in trying to enter the match officials’ changing room at the end of an EFL League Two match against Leyton Orient FC on Tuesday 2 February 2021 amounted to improper conduct.
