Crawley to head to Bridges and East Grinstead for friendlies

Crawley Town are keeping it local at the start of pre-season with the announcement of friendly matches at Three Bridges and East Grinstead.

Head coach Dermot Drummy has previously stressed the importance of helping out non-league sides with money-spinning matches.

And Reds will try to do just that when they begin their schedule with visits to their Ryman League neighbours Bridges and the Wasps.

They will travel to East Court on Saturday, July 9 to face East Grinstead in a 3pm kick-off.

Three days later on Tuesday, Reds make the even shorter trip to the Jubilee Field to take on Three Bridges in a kick-off 7.45pm.

Their first home friendly is on Saturday, July 23, against Millwall in a kick-off 3pm.

The squad will report back for pre-season training on Thursday, June 30.
