Crawley Town boss John Yems wants more of 'the C word' after disappointing Southend United draw
Speaking after his side's disappointing 1-1 draw against Southend United, Yems said the team needs consistency.
And although he remains unbeaten at home as Reds manager, that's not what Yems is looking for.

"It’s the C word - consistency - and that’s why we are at this level because we are not consistent enough at this level. I am not criticising anyone individually but as a team we have got to do better."
Yems was as honest as ever in his post-match interview and when asked about the next match, he said: "I do not care about Cheltenham next week. I am going to look at today and look at what we have to do in the training ground and worry about what we have got to do.
"The players are in for tough training every week. The lads know they have got to do better than that."
