Crawley Town sale to Ziya Eren expected Wednesday

Crawley Town's sale to Turkish buyer Ziya Eren is likely to go through tomorrow (Wednesday).

The Football League have reported to the club that he has passed their Owners and Directors Test.

A club statement today said: “Based on information provided to them, the Football League have today (Tuesday) confirmed that Mr Ziya Eren qualifies under the provisions of the Owners and Directors test.

“The sale of Crawley Town Football & Social Club Ltd. to Mr. Eren will now be completed tomorrow (Wednesday) after a final meeting of the current board of directors.”

A further statement from the club will be made on completion of the sale.
