Season ticket holders will be able to watch the Reds in action for the first time this season and they’ll be looking to get their home form back on track, after losing their last two home fixtures.

They’ll be facing a Barrow side who have struggled for points on the road since their return to the EFL, with just one win and one draw from their opening seven away games. However, they can’t be underestimated, as we saw when Grimsby and Southend came to Crawley, if Crawley start slacking, they will be punished, as anyone is capable of beating anyone in League Two.

Barrow gained promotion out of the National League last season under Ian Evatt and were branded as a very god footballing side in the National League and played some very good football during the campaign.

However, Evatt left Barrow in the summer to join fellow League Two side Bolton and David Dunn has taken the reigns at Barrow and done a decent job for them so far. The main priority for Dunn will be escaping relegation and Barrow are currently two places above the drop zone, however a defeat at Crawley could see them slip into the relegation zone, depending on results at Bradford and Stevenage.

The Bluebirds have a similar pattern as Crawley this season, with them scoring plenty of goals but also conceding plenty at the same time. This is highlighted perfectly by their 4-3 defeat to Oldham a few weeks ago but since then the goals have dried up. Their last two results have been 1-0 defeats to Morecambe and Salford, and they will need to turn this round on Saturday.

If one thing is likely to come out of the game it is goals, with Crawley in great goalscoring form, following their 3-3 draw at Mansfield last time out. Max Watters netted his 11th and 12th of the season and Tom Dallison scored his first league goal for Crawley.

However, despite the Reds having a 3-1 lead they couldn’t hold on and were forced to just take one point back to West Sussex, courtesy of a stoppage time equaliser from Andy Cook. However, Crawley have looked impressive since switching formation, with Sesay and Tsaroulla playing very well as wing backs.

The pair have come in and done well, with injuries to a lot of first team members players like Sesay, Tsaroulla and Dallison have come in and done a great job for the Reds. Crawley will be seeking their first league win since October and a home fixture with fans is a perfect opportunity to do so and they’ll be looking to claim all three points for the returning fans.
