With excitement building on the final day of the window (Friday, January 31), Reds tweeted this picture showing the names of the talented trio on the back of the club’s shirts with the tag: “Paperwork’s done. Helipad ready. Just need three squiggles. Can anyone help with phone numbers? #DeadlineDay”

An hour after the picture was sent out it had been retweeted nearly 5,000 times with more than 1,300 people ‘favoriting’ and dozens leaving comments.

After the massive response, @CrawleyTown then tweeted: “This is now trending! And don’t worry, we’re going to give the shirts signed by @JohnGregory77 in a competition”
