Crawley Town travel to Exeter City on Tuesday night.
The two sides have met six times in the past, with the Reds never beating the Grecians.
They first met in the FA Cup in 1971. After a goalless first game, Exeter won 2-0 in the reply.
They met again in the FA Cup in 1994 with the Grecians winning 1-0. Last season was the first time they have met in the league.
At St James Park it was a 2-2 draw but in March Exeter enjoyed a 2-0 victory at the Checkatrade.com Stadium. The 2-2 draw will be remembered for Luke Ronney's stunning stoppage-time equaliser (see highlights).
Exeter City were founded in May 1901 as St Sidwell's United. They became professional in 1908 and in that year they recorded their highest ever FA Cup win, beating Weymouth 14-0.
Their first match in the football league took place in 1920 and they beat Brentford 3-0.
In 2003, the Grecians finished 23rd in Division Three and was relegated to the Conference National; Exeter were the first club to suffer automatic relegation without finishing bottom of the league.
It took them five years to get back in the Football League.
Famous fans include Chris Martin, Adrian Edmonson and Noel Edmonds. In 2002, Michael Jackson was made an honorary director of Exeter City.
David Pleat and Cliff Bastin are notable former players.
