Crawley Town owner Ziya Eren has hailed the win over Leeds United as the proudest moment since he took over the club.

Eren took over the club in March 2016 and has seen ups and downs in the four an a bit years. But today was a result of the hard work of everyone at the club.

And he sent this message: "Today is our proudest moment since the takeover. I’m delighted, thankful and proud of this hard-working team led by John Yems.

Today marks a great moment for our special club.

"I thank everyone on and off the pitch for their continued loyal dedication for this great football club. We are missing the fans, without your support and following we wouldn’t be here.

"Thank you all again. Let’s enjoy today."
