The Reds' League Two fixture against the Robins will now take place on Friday, April 16 at 6.30pm.

The EFL have moved Crawley's home game with Cheltenham so it does not clash with Prince Philip's funeral on the same day.

Buckingham Palace confirmed on Saturday that The Duke of Edinburgh's funeral will take place in St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, and a national minute’s silence will be observed at 3pm.

As a mark of respect, the EFL have moved all 3pm kick-offs on April 17.

An EFL spokesperson said: “As a mark of respect, EFL matches scheduled for 3pm on Saturday, April 17 will be moved to avoid a clash with the funeral of HRH The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh."

The new time and date was mutually agreed between both clubs and the EFL.

Non-season ticket holders can purchase a match pass for the game on the iFollow section of Crawley Town's website.
