It's only a step on the road to a return of a full world of sporting action but it's a significant one, and one to be celebrated.

So, sportspeople of Sussex we want to hear and see what next week's return of sport means to you.

Are you heading out to the base line or the first tee at the crack of dawn on Monday? Are you back with your pals as your football or rugby squad gets together for the first group training session in what must seem like an age? Or are you embarking on your first game of bowls, or group run along a local seafront?
