Hide AdUnited’s only wins since Christmas have come against the bottom two, but Kane believes his side is not in trouble.
He said: “There are still 30 points to play for. Out of the 10 games we have left, seven are against opposition in the bottom half of the table and six of them are away games. We play better away from home.
“We need to make ourselves difficult to beat and scrap for every point, but I’m not panicking.”
United striker Evan Archibald has decided to remain at the club despite an approach from fellow strugglers Horsham.
