Wallace turns down move while Hoskins heads to Sheffield

Albion transfer target Murray Wallace has reportedly turned his back on a move to the south coast and opted instead for a spell at League One Huddersfield.

The 19-year-old spoke to the Seagulls earlier this week but Sky Sports has said this afternoon that he is set to be unveiled at the Yorkshire outfit later today – completing a £300,000 move.

Elsewhere, Brighton have agreed a loan deal for Will Hoskins with Sheffield United – just days after the striker rejected a move to Bournemouth.

The Seagulls are still being linked with Hull City’s Aaron McLean and Reading’s Simon Church while chairman Tony Bloom is bracing himself for a new bid from Cardiff City for winger Craig Noone, after rejecting a previous offer of approaching £1million.
