Three Bridges fed through to Bradley Campbell-Francis who cut the ball back for Harry Charman to slot home from close range.

Sayif Ahmed added a second not long before half-time with a dazzling solo effort, cutting inside and out through the penalty area to slot into the far post.

Bridges were not at their best and the Waddon wWanderers forwards threatened several times in the first half with a ball over the top.

Early in the second half Waddon got themselves back in the game with a goal and then restricted any progress through midfield.

Waddon scored an equaliser midway through the second half.

With the game all set for a draw, Campbell-Francis took on the Waddon defence and scored from close range to clinch Bridges a 3-2 victory.

Three Bridges Sussex Sunday Under 16 Colts team got their second win of the season in Division Three with the 5-4 defeat of high-flying Fishersgate Flyers.

William Llakozimana scored a hat-trick with Charlie Lovelock scoring twice.

A 3-2 defeat for the Sussex Sunday Under 16 Youth team by Hollingbury Hawks ended their interest in the Sussex Cup for the current season.

Luke Arnold and Bradley King scored a single goal each with Sam Pocock being named as Player of the Match.

Thomas Hughes scored the single goal which earned the Sussex Sunday Under 15 team a 1-1 draw with Patcham United.

The Sussex Sunday Under 13 Colts team played its third round match in the Sussex Les Kempster Challenge Trophy and came away with an 8-0 win over Cuckfield Cosmos.

Two goals each for Connor Jared, Reid Jenden and Benedict Smith and single goals for Donnachadh Street and Benjamin Hilton. Next week they play the fourth round at home to Pevensey & Westham.

Bridges U13s drew 2-2 with Horsham U13s. Callum Warner and Taylor Dixon scored the goals in the first half with Jeyden Welch named as the Player of the Match.
