John Callcut was Man of the Match with an excellent three against Harry Collins, Graham Barnes and Chris Vincent. Chris won two for Horsham while John Hook scraped home 11-9 on the fifth against Harry. Sai Man Yau won two.

Viral Kanji, 14, clinched a three-set win over Gary Bristowe, narrowly lost in five to Chris Pullinger but did not get any change out of Stuart Brooks losing three-straight. Steve Pound scraped past Gary 13-11 in the fifth. Rory Scott won three as did Steve.

Blades B 3 Foresters D 6

Graham Carter, Michael Bridger and Colin Jones all won one each against a strong Foresters line-up of James Wheatley, Jan Collado and Prakash Kanji. James had two good wins over Carter and Jones.

Guildford star John Robinson won his three convincingly. Tom Pomej was unlucky losing two matches narrowly in the fifth against Joe Comper and Graham Beaney.

Only Holly Holder put up resistance pushing Phil Richardson to 7 in the fifth. Paul Carter and Barrie Gilbert won maximums also.
