THRILLS OF RACEHORSE OWNERSHIP

Racehorse trainer Luke Dace is offering the opportunity for people to experience all the thrills and excitement of owning a horse at a modest cost and in a way which is fun.

"Our Let's Have Fun Syndicate can open a whole new world of involvement in horse racing, for people and it is pure fun," he said.

He and his amateur jockey wife Louise are holding an open day at their stables at Copped Hall Farm, Billingshurst on Sunday September 9 for anyone interested in joining the syndicate.

Luke Dace (37) is a West Sussex trainer who has worked hard to achieve the perfect training base for his horses. He has experienced the adversity of early days, struggling to get known, to a rich purple patch of winners made national headlines.

Above all he understands horses and has a talent which has improved horses' handicap marks by more than 20lbs- and he has sent out a coveted Cheltenham winner.

He knows that racing and owning racehorses can be financially exhausting. He and Louise have developed the Let's Have Fun syndicate as an alternative.
