With a fresh and updated production, they are promising a sumptuous family favourite, “stunning dancing, lavish costumes, much-loved music and crystal clear storytelling” in a“sparkling Christmas treat for everyone.”

Let’s All Dance makes high quality ballet accessible and fun for children, immersing them in the spectacular world of professional dance.

Journey through the magical night with Clara and her Nutcracker Prince, meet the mouse king and join the Sugar Plum Fairy in the beautiful Land of Sweets.

Owner/founder Orit Sutton said: “Retaining all the much-loved characters and music, but in a kid-sized version, the show engages all ages and introduces little ones to the stunning magic of classical ballet.

“Ever since I can remember, I have loved the theatre and adored dance. I have always performed and always organised shows, bossing my long-suffering sister, friends and neighbours around and charging 10p for our parents to watch.

“The beauty of dance transcends all words and taps into something so deep and primal that it regularly moves me to tears.

“The relationship of the body with other bodies and with the surrounding space is endlessly fascinating.

“The shared experience of artists and live audience is transformative and exhilarating, and the richness that high-quality theatre adds to human life is quite beyond measure.”

The show is suitable for children of all ages and their families and runs for 50 minutes (no interval). Tickets priced £14.50 (discounts £12.50) are available from hawth.co.uk.

Assuming lockdown ends, the show will be performed to a reduced capacity.
