World-class choreography from Transitions Dance Company at Christ’s Hospital

This show, which is full of daring dance moves, takes place in Christ’s Hospital’s courtyard-style Theatre on Tuesday, February 23 (7.30pm).

Transitions Dance Company has entertained audiences around the world.

Now Christ’s Hospital is the setting for part of the company’s Triple Bill 2016 Tour, which features new commissions from three world-class choreographers.

You can see the work of the Dog Kennel Hill Project, Theo Clinkard and Ederson Rodrigues Xavier. These audacious performances are surreal, witty, playful and physical.

Transitions Dance Company is a leading student training company, a space for choreographic experimentation and a touring programme of dance rolled into one. It aims to bridge the gap between training and a professional performance career for graduate dancers.

It combines the best young dance performers of their generation with innovative choreographers, working around the world to create surprising, inventive and accessible works for everyone to enjoy.
